2 Avocados

Hand full of
cherry tomatoes

1 Lime

Few sprigs of coriander

1 Small red onion


S&P to taste


Dice the tomatoes and onion (as in Page 12) and roughly chop the coriander. Add the lime juice and mix everything together.

In a seperate bowl peel and de-core the avocados. Using a fork or potato masher, smash the avocado until smooth.

Once mashed, add the two bowls of ingredients together in a new bowl.

Store in the fridge and enjoy with lots of deferent recipes!
