300g Any pasta

1 Head of broccoli

1 Onion

2 Cloves of garlic

2 Carrots

2 tbsp of natural yogurt
(we use Tims Dairy)

140g Cheddar


1tsp Dried basil

S&P to taste


Create your perfect pasta

During the final 4 minutes of your pasta, add in the broccoli (cut into florets) and the carrot (finely chopped or grated).

While the pasta is cooking, in a saucepan fry off the onions until soft, before adding the garlic, yogurt and cheese.

Drain the pasta, broccoli and carrots, and add straight into the sauce. Stir in well, serve and ENJOY.
