1 Onion

Red pepper

2 Steaks (any)/ tofu

4 Tortilla wraps


S&P to taste

1 tsp Cayenne pepper

1 tsp Paprika

3 tbs Olive oil

To top

Cheddar cheese

Natural yogurt/ alpro






Refer to page 12 and slice your pepper and onion into julliens, then slice your steak into battons.

Season with S&P and half cook in 3 tbsp of olive oil using a large frying pan or wok on a high heat.

Once the steak is half cooked, add the onions and pepper and season with paprika and cayenne pepper.

Mix in and allow the vegetables to sofern.

In a microwave place the tortilla wraps for 1 minute on high.

You’re ready to plate up! Place the wrap in a plate, add the steak, peppers and onions in the middle. Next, using the toppings on the left, create your favorite mix

Wrap up and enjoy!
